Accessible Business Website: A Buyer's Requirements and Acceptance Checklist
Product and web delivery editorial team
How to specify accessibility in a website project, review real user journeys and agree on realistic acceptance evidence.
An accessible business website lets more people find information and complete important tasks, including visitors using a keyboard, screen reader, magnification or alternative input. This guide is a project-planning checklist, not legal advice. Applicable requirements depend on the market and organization; get professional advice when compliance is a formal obligation.
