Please read this policy carefully. It is designed to explain our approach in clear language. If you have a question, contact us at hello@gavior.in.
When this policy applies
This policy covers gavior.in, our contact and consultation forms, email, WhatsApp and project communications, and Gavior Orbit — our content intelligence, SEO, publishing and reporting workspace. Project agreements or enterprise orders may include additional data-handling terms where the work requires them.
Information we may collect
For Gavior services, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, project requirements, budget and timeline details, messages and limited technical data such as device, browser, IP-derived security logs and pages visited. For Orbit, we may also process account and workspace details, website URLs, SEO audits, keywords, content briefs and articles, team roles, billing references and the data you choose to import from connected services. Please do not send sensitive personal information, credentials or regulated data unless you are authorised to do so and it is necessary for an agreed service.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and support services, process agreed payments, protect our website and systems, understand website performance, and meet legal or accounting obligations. For Orbit, this includes providing SEO analysis, content workflows, reporting, team access and the integrations you choose to connect. We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising.
Connected services and sharing
We share information only where needed to run our business or deliver a service: trusted hosting, analytics, communication, payment or project-delivery providers; professional advisers; and authorities where legally required. In Orbit, this can include AI or image-generation providers you choose, payment providers, email delivery providers, and the CMS, Google, commerce or custom API services you explicitly connect. Google Search Console and Google Analytics data is used only to provide the selected Orbit reporting and optimisation functions. You can disconnect an integration in Orbit and revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including service delivery, account operation, backup recovery, records, dispute handling and legal compliance. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, including access controls and protected credentials. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure; please protect your passwords, API keys and connected-service credentials.
Your choices, rights and grievances
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for a summary of personal data we process, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure of data that is no longer needed, withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing, and redressal of a grievance. You may also nominate another person to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity. Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject “Privacy request”. We may verify your identity and retain records where law requires it.
India data-protection framework, children and updates
We aim to process digital personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 as they become applicable, alongside the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable Indian laws. Orbit is intended for business users aged 18 or older; do not submit a child’s data without a lawful basis and required consent. We may update this policy when services, tools or legal obligations change. Questions, privacy requests and grievances can be sent to [email protected].
